Meet Our Founder

Priyanka Patel is an experienced Yoga Instructor with a Computer Science background and nearly 5 years in the IT industry before transitioning into holistic wellness. Trained with over 550+ RYS hours in Ashtanga Yoga at IndeaYoga Mysore, she has led personalized and group sessions across India and internationally, including a 3-month teaching stint in Vietnam. She has also contributed to high-profile platforms like the G20 summit and various government awareness campaigns.

Coming from a family rooted in Paramparik Chikitsa, Priyanka blends traditional healing practices passed down from her grandfather and father with modern therapeutic tools. She holds knowledge of acupressure, is certified in cupping therapy, and practices marma-based manual therapy to support pain and injury recovery. As a mental health counselor, she helps individuals channel their emotional energy and reframe thought patterns positively.

Also an accomplished athlete, Priyanka is a black belt in karate with participation at national levels, a regular city marathon runner, and a passionate badminton player. Her multidimensional approach bridges ancient wisdom, scientific practice, and inner growth.
